Mexican cuisine was subscribed in 2010 on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity (UNESCO).

If you want to know about Mexican gastronomy and if you are interested in learning how to prepare authentic tacos and Mexican sauces, I am pleased to invite you to participate in this workshop.

Learn how to make three of the best known tacos in Mexico.

In this workshop you will learn a bit of the history of Mexican cuisine, you will prepare the marinade for taco al pastor and the sauces for taco de tinga as well as the garnished for the tacos. All the participants will taste authentic flavors.
